In October 2025, reports surfaced that Israel planned a significant investment in U.S. influence operations,up to $4.1 million aimed at Christians, according to The times of Israel.

– The initiative includes a geofencing PR campaign designed to reach evangelical churches and Christian college campuses in several Western states, described as the largest such effort in U.S.history.

– The campaign is run through Hear From Us, a nonprofit registered as a foreign agent representing Israel, with about $3 million in Israeli funding channelled via Show Faith by Works LLC, led by Chad Schnitger.

– About $1 million funded a 41-foot mobile museum called “The Israel Experience,” which travels to campuses and churches with informational content on israel, while film crews in Israel produced material for pastors and leaders on Zionism and related topics.

– The outreach aims to promote travel to Israel and bolster Christian support, with Schnitger noting that it targets Christians speaking to other Christians to cut through broader debate.

– Evangelical leaders are divided: some defend the project as aligning biblical interests with Israel, while others worry about theological implications and the role of the modern state of Israel in God’s plan for the future.

– The piece places the effort in a broader pattern of foreign influence on U.S. policy, highlighting how church-focused outreach can provoke strong responses within religious and academic communities.

It goes without saying that the Israeli government has become a lightning rod of a divisive topic these days.

That much should be inarguable, regardless of where one actually stands on the topic.

Given that, it should be little surprise that Israel’s latest plans are <a href="https://www.conservativenewsdaily.net/breaking-news/israeli-government-funded-mobile-museum-set-to-visit-us-churches-to-promote-zionism/" title="......Funded '...' There, they produced educational material aimed at pastors, recorded interviews with religious leaders discussing Zionism, and captured conversations with Holocaust survivors.

Although foreign governments routinely try to influence U.S. policy, far fewer focus their efforts on American churches.

Schnitger’s organization stands out not just because it is supported by Israeli funds, but because its outreach could press evangelicals to reconsider parts of their own beliefs and theology.

“It’s predominantly Christians talking to other Christians about Israel to cut through the noise,” Schnitger told World News Group. “You’ve heard from the enemies of Israel, you’ve heard from people who aren’t Christians — well, now hear from us. Absolutely,” Michael Rydelnik, a Moody Bible Institute Jewish studies professor emeritus, said. “But can they say God is done with the Jewish people, or that He doesn’t have a special love for them? In October 2025, reports began to surface that Israel planned to pour as much as $4.1 million into U.S. influence campaigns, specifically aimed at Christians.

By February, World News Group detailed how this geofencing effort would work. A mobile museum, called “The Israel Experience,” funded by Israel through the nonprofit Hear From Us, would visit evangelical churches and Christian college campuses in California, Nevada, Texas, Arizona, and Colorado. Hear From Us is registered as a foreign agent representing Israel, and about $3 million of the funding came via Show Faith by Works LLC, which was created and run by Chad Schnitger, the founder of Hear From Us. Roughly $1 million paid for a 41-foot toy hauler repurposed as the traveling museum. Film crews in Israel produced educational material for pastors, recorded interviews with religious leaders discussing Zionism, and captured conversations with Holocaust survivors.

The aim, according to the organizers, is to reach evangelicals—primarily Christians talking to other Christians—so they hear a Biblical-minded perspective on Israel and to encourage support for the country. Reactions among observers were mixed. Some scholars suggested that people can disagree with the state of Israel while still recognizing that God has a special relationship with the Jewish people, whereas others expressed concern about the campaign’s theology and its implications for how Christians view Israel today. Some theologians argued that while Israel has a future in God’s plan, the present age is centered on the Church, and the modern nation-state may not be “the chosen people” in the current era.

Overall, the piece notes that governments routinely seek to influence U.S. policy, but this initiative stands out for its targeted Christian outreach and its funding structure

[33651
4671,73188,73183,73204,15567
post-2566917","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-the-western-journal","tag-israel","tag-israelusrelations","tag-mobilemuseum","tag-uschurches","tag-zionism
["GET
