Demarco was extradited from Maryland to virginia and arrested after appearing outside Vought\u2019s northern Virginia home in August, an event captured on Ring doorbell footage. Arlington County police arrested the suspect on Jan. 22 after he was extradited <span style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;\">from&nbsp;Maryland to <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/virginia\/\">Virginia<\/a>,<\/span> as he is reportedly accused of plotting to murder Vought.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;We are grateful for the work of law enforcement in keeping Director Vought and his family safe,&rdquo; an OMB spokesperson told NBC News.<\/p>\n<p>Demarco was seen in Ring doorbell footage outside the front door of Vought&rsquo;s home on Aug. 10. Police were dispatched to the <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/white-house\/\">White House<\/a> official&rsquo;s address that afternoon after a witness reported a suspicious person.<\/p>\n<p>He allegedly wrote a manifesto detailing his plan to kill Vought, which included disposing of the body.
