Sheriff Chris Nanos said Nancy, who has mobility issues but is \u201cof sound mind,\u201d was last seen around 9:30 p.m. on Jan. 31 and was reported missing by family the following day. The sheriff urged the public to call with any details; the department\u2019s homicide team is assisting and foul play has not been ruled out.
