Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche said the release was pared down from roughly 6 million pages to <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3YuVZYV\" >remove personally identifying victim information<\/a>, medical records, child pornography, and any images showing death or abuse.<\/p>\n<p>Blanche called the release an \u201cunprecedented effort,\u201d rejected claims that the White House directed what was or wasn\u2019t released, and denied that the department protected any particular individual. He warned that public appetite for additional revelations may not be satisfied by these documents.<\/p>\n<p>Redactions are extensive: DOJ said it redacted every woman depicted in images or videos except Ghislaine Maxwell, and only redacted men when necessary to avoid revealing female victims.
