The governor claimed the administration official&rsquo;s video &ldquo;caused real world harm,&rdquo; leading to a 30% drop in sales for said bakery this week.<\/p>\n<p>The civil rights complaint was filed on Thursday with the <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/hhs\/\">Department of Health and Human Services<\/a>, which oversees Oz&rsquo;s agency.<\/p>\n<p>Newsom is calling for a <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/title-vi\/\">Title VI<\/a> investigation.
