You&rsquo;re going to be staring at the Washington Monument, the Lincoln Memorial, the Jefferson Memorial.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>The idea <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/house\/4431497\/duffy-ask-congress-approval-national-mall-indycar-race-america-250\/\">began circulating<\/a> last week, with the Transportation Department telling the <em>Washington Examiner<\/em> the race would &ldquo;generate millions in critical tourism revenue.&rdquo; It is being carried in conjunction with Freedom 250, the organization spearheaded by Trump to mark the semiquincentennial.
