Authorities say he <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3YuVZYV\" >violated federal law related<\/a> to the protest; Lemon maintains he was there as a journalist, interviewing protesters, church members and the pastor. The Jan. 18 demonstration involved protesters accusing the pastor of ties to ICE and shouting \u201cICE out!\u201d Earlier this week the DOJ had <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/don-lemon-arrested-by-federal-officials-over-minnesota-church-ice-out-protest\/\" title=\"... by ... over ... church &#039;... Protesters began shouting, &ldquo;ICE out!&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Once the protest started in the church, we did an act of journalism, which was report on it and talk to the people involved, including the pastor, members of the church, and members of the organization,&rdquo; Lemon said in a recent video posted to social media. &ldquo;That&rsquo;s it.
