Lemon says he attended in his capacity as a journalist to report on the \u201cICE OUT\u201d demonstration and has posted that he was only doing journalism; federal authorities say he <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/federal-judge-in-texas-stops-biden-deportation-freeze\/\" title=\"Federal judge in Texas stops Biden deportation freeze\">violated federal law<\/a> during the event.
