The footage, filmed Jan. 13 and released by The News Movement, shows Pretti yelling, spitting at federal officers and kicking a government SUV hard enough to break its taillight; an apparent gun is visible tucked into his waistband. Trump called Pretti an \u201cagitator, and perhaps, insurrectionist\u201d on Truth Social. Pretti was fatally shot by Border Patrol agents on Jan. 24. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>The recording, released on Wednesday by The News Movement, showed Pretti at an anti-ICE protest in Minneapolis on Jan. 13. Pretti gets into a verbal confrontation with a federal officer before the officer turns around and goes into an SUV.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/4438539\/ice-officers-new-directive-not-engage-with-agitators\/\"><strong>ICE OFFICERS RECEIVE NEW DIRECTIVE NOT TO ENGAGE WITH &lsquo;AGITATORS&rsquo; IN MINNESOTA<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Assault me, motherf***er!&rdquo; Pretti is heard screaming. &ldquo;F****** trash!&rdquo; he called the federal agents.<\/p>\n<p>Pretti repeated the insults multiple times before kicking the SUV and shattering its taillight. The vehicle stops, and a federal officer exits, who grabs Pretti and pushes him to the ground. After scuffling a bit, Pretti frees himself, and the officer does not pursue him. What appeared to be a gun is also visibly tucked into his waistband above the back pocket of his pants.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>As part of the fallout from Pretti&rsquo;s fatal shooting on Jan. 24, Trump made changes to the leadership of illegal immigration enforcement operations in Minnesota.
