I own all of my businesses and I can refuse anyone!&rdquo; Based on his profile, he graduated from the University of Miami.<\/p>\n<p>Martindale <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/story.php?story_fbid=10163714031807270&amp;id=821107269&amp;rdid=joXspBQcq1vRAzDh#\">later claimed<\/a> his Facebook and Instagram accounts had been hacked, implying perhaps he didn&rsquo;t post the anti-MAGA statement.<\/p>\n<p>The <em>Washington Examiner<\/em> contacted Uthmeier&rsquo;s office and the Florida Board of Nursing for comment.<\/p>\n<p>The situation in which Martindale found himself is very similar to another <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/florida-ag-targets-anesthesiologist-who-wont-treat-maga-republicans\/\" title=\"Florida AG targets anesthesiologist who won&#039;t treat &#039;MAGA&#039; ...\">politically divisive statement made<\/a> by a separate nurse, who wished White House press secretary <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/karoline-leavitt\/\">Karoline Leavitt<\/a> would suffer a &ldquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/florida-nurse-fired-over-vile-tiktok-comment-towards-karoline-leavitt\/\" title=\"Florida ... over vile TikTok comment towards Karoline Leavitt\">fourth-degree tear&#038;rdquo<\/a>; in childbirth.<\/p>\n<p>The perinatal injury is a particularly severe laceration that extends through the anal sphincter and into the rectal lining, and it requires four to six weeks to heal. A fourth-degree tear is pretty uncommon, affecting only about 0.03% to 0.2% of pregnant women.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;I hope that you f***ing rip from bow to stern and never s*** normally again, you c***,&rdquo; the labor-and-delivery nurse identified as Lexie Lawler said in a <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/libsoftiktok\/status\/2014393006703718841\">TikTok video<\/a>. The original video appears to have been taken down, but it was recirculated by Libs of TikTok.<\/p>\n<p>Pregnant with her second child, Leavitt is expecting a baby girl in May.<\/p>\n<p>Lawler has since been fired by her employer &ldquo;following a prompt review,&rdquo; Baptist Health South Florida said in a statement last week. Uthmeier also called for the revocation of her medical license.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Glad she lost her job. Now it&rsquo;s time for the license!&rdquo; the Republican attorney general <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/JamesUthmeierFL\/status\/2015576288220549370\">posted on X<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Despite their respective controversies, Martindale and Lawler have both used their social media accounts to decry the latest officer-involved shooting that killed an ICU nurse in <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/minnesota\/\">Minnesota<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/white-house\/4432384\/nurse-fired-karoline-leavitt-fourth-degree-tear\/\">NURSE FIRED FOR WISHING PREGNANT KAROLINE LEAVITT &lsquo;A FOURTH-DEGREE TEAR&rsquo;<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;They murdered a man in Minnesota, and you motherf***ers are coming after me because I used bad language,&rdquo; Lawler <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/unhealthytruth\/status\/2015415281066143961\">said in a Facebook video<\/a>. &ldquo;F*** you! I&rsquo;m on the right side of this.
