Sen. Tim Kaine (D-VA) previously foreshadowed another resolution to <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/senate\/4413993\/tim-kaine-senate-vote-greenland-trump\/\">curb the war powers<\/a> of Trump, this time with Greenland. Sen.
