It&rsquo;s also critical for the Golden Dome and defending America from potential missile strikes.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>He added that it is &ldquo;overwhelmingly in America&rsquo;s national interest to acquire Greenland.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Cruz&rsquo;s colleagues in the Senate disagree. Sen. Tim Kaine (D-VA) previously foreshadowed another resolution to <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/senate\/4413993\/tim-kaine-senate-vote-greenland-trump\/\">curb the war powers<\/a> of Trump, this time with Greenland. Sen.
