The committee&#8217;s letter says the device was acquired in an undercover Homeland Security Investigations operation, allegedly funded in part by the &#8220;Department of war,&#8221; and is described as capable of <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3YuVZYV\" >producing pulsed radio waves<\/a> with some Russian components. AHIs-primarily affecting U.S.goverment personnel-cause symptoms like vertigo, headaches, nausea, cognitive fog, and hearing problems; intelligence assessments have not conclusively identified a cause, with the ODNI calling it &#8220;very unlikely&#8221; that a foreign actor harmed U.S. personnel.
