B.P.J. The case &#8211; one of two the Supreme Court is hearing that could reshape rules about transgender participation in women&#8217;s sports &#8211; goes before the Court this week. B.P.J. <\/em>on Wednesday, saying it is &ldquo;really important&rdquo; to give her a voice.<\/p>\n<p><em>West Virginia v. B.P.J. <\/em>is <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/supreme-court\/4408609\/pair-supreme-court-cases-put-title-ix-future-in-balance\/\">one of two pivotal cases the Supreme Court will hear arguments for<\/a> on Tuesday, as both could shape the future of women&rsquo;s sports and limitations on biological women in the . Franklin)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Gaines said she is &ldquo;super excited&rdquo; about the <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/supreme-court\/4414082\/bessent-treasury-tariff-refunds-supreme-court\/\">Supreme Court<\/a> arguments on Wednesday, as it &ldquo;feels like the culmination of everything we&rsquo;ve been working towards.&rdquo; She said a favorable outcome from these arguments would be allowing states to pass &ldquo;some sort of fairness in women&rsquo;s sports law.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;It&rsquo;s crazy that that&rsquo;s something that has to be heard by the Supreme Court, but nonetheless necessary,&rdquo; Gaines said.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Gaines predicts &ldquo;a good outcome in June&rdquo; from these arguments, with the final Supreme Court justices tally, &ldquo;based on past rulings,&rdquo; coming to 6-3, and &ldquo;with a <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3YuVZYV\" >pretty scathing liberal dissent<\/a>.&rdquo; She suggested some of the justices fall on &ldquo;the other side&rdquo; of the debate about including transgender athletes in women&rsquo;s sports, citing Justice <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/2283425\/jackson-says-she-cannot-define-what-a-woman-is-at-confirmation-hearing\/\">Ketanji Brown Jackson&rsquo;s inability to define the term &ldquo;woman&rdquo;<\/a> during her confirmation hearing in April 2022.<\/p>\n<p><a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/in_focus\/4413568\/biological-advantage-transgander-sports-cases-supreme-court\/\"><strong>BIOLOGICAL ADVANTAGE AT CRUX OF TRANSGENDER SPORTS CASES BEFORE THE SUPREME COURT<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The Supreme Court will hear arguments in both <em>Little v.
