He then fatally shot his 7-year-old cousin, identified as Mikylia Guines, before allegedly proceeding to the Apostolic Church of The Lord Jesus and murdering the pastor and his brother.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Assistant District Attorney Trina Davidson-Brooks said first-degree murder charges are expected to be upgraded to capital murder, according to the<a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/cdispatch.com\/news\/cedarbluff-shooting-spree-suspect-pleads-not-guilty\/\"> <em>Dispatch of Columbus<\/em><\/a>. District Attorney Scott Colom intends to seek the death penalty.<\/p>\n<p>The crime was not the only one that shook the state over the weekend.
