Prosecutors say the devices were planted late on Jan. 5 and their revelation the next morning diverted law enforcement as the Capitol riots unfolded; the devices did not detonate. Cole was arrested in december at his parents&#8217; Virginia home and has been held in custody; his lawyers are seeking review of the detention order with a hearing set for Jan. 28.
