It is expected to pass the House on Thursday, but could face significant hurdles in the Senate.<\/p>\n<p>The vote comes after the government subsidies <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/senate\/4408824\/obamacare-subsidies-deal-majority-republican-support-bernie-moreno\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">expired at the end of 2025<\/a>. Sen.
