Upon the arrival of the paramedics, Victoria Jones, 34, was declared dead. She <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3YuVZYV\" >faced domestic battery<\/a> and domestic violence\/elder abuse charges, the Post reported.<\/p>\n<p>In June 2011, she was charged with theft in San Antonio, Texas, but the charge was later dismissed, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/01\/02\/celebrity-news\/inside-tommy-lee-jones-daughter-victorias-troubled-past-arrests-after-sudden-death\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Page Six<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Victoria Jones was the daughter of Tommy Lee Jones and Kimberlea Cloughley, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tmz.com\/2026\/01\/01\/tommy-lee-jones-daughter-victoria-dead\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">TMZ<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>She appeared in &ldquo;Men in Black II&rdquo; in 2002 and in &ldquo;One Tree Hill&rdquo; in 2003.
