We are serving more Americans at significantly faster speeds than ever before,&rdquo; Bisignano said.<\/p>\n<p>Bisignano also addressed the OIG&rsquo;s audit on Tuesday, reiterating how Warren &ldquo;did not want&rdquo; to believe the improvements he informed her of in their July meeting.
