Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem and other management officials said the Coast Guard,supported by the Navy and a Maritime Special Reaction Team,boarded the Panama-registered ship &#8211; named the Centuries &#8211; while it sailed in the Caribbean; officials are reviewing the vessel&#8217;s registration. If they&rsquo;re foolish enough to be sailing along, they&rsquo;ll be sailing along back into one of our harbors,&rdquo; he said.<\/p>\n<p>In that same interview, when asked about the possibility of a war with Venezuela, Trump replied, &ldquo;I don&rsquo;t rule it out, no.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>Last week, Trump ordered a &ldquo;total and complete&rdquo; blockade of sanctioned oil tankers exiting or entering Venezuela, according to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theguardian.com\/us-news\/2025\/dec\/20\/us-second-merchant-vessel-venezuela\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The Guardian<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to seizing tankers, the U.S. has been sinking drug-running boats.
