This post was in response to the August 2022 FBI raid on Trump&#8217;s Mar-a-Lago residence. Trump described the raid as an &#8220;unreasonable search and seizure&#8221; and a &#8220;criminal raid&#8221; that should never happen again. The post came shortly after Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman chuck Grassley released newly declassified emails revealing that FBI agents had doubts about having legal authority and probable cause to conduct the raid. Despite these doubts, the Biden Justice Department reportedly pressured the FBI to proceed, leading grassley to call the raid a miscarriage of justice.
