The 32-year-old was taken into custody without incident near the University of Southern California campus shortly after the bodies were discovered. Los Angeles County District Attorney Nathan Hochman announced the charges, which include special allegations of multiple murders and use of a deadly weapon, a knife. LAPD Deputy Chief Alan S. Hamilton said he was arrested &ldquo;without incident&rdquo; in a &ldquo;public area in the Exposition Park area near the University of Southern California campus.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;There was no indication that he was going to resist or anything like that,&rdquo; Hamilton said. &ldquo;He was taken into custody without issue, and he was transported to our police headquarters facility.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;He is going through medical clearance, something that everybody who gets arrested and gets held in a Los Angeles County Sheriff&rsquo;s Department jail goes through,&rdquo; Hochman said at the press conference. &ldquo;Once he is medically cleared, he will be brought to court to be arraigned on these charges.
