Kennedy has sought to address a rising&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.rand.org\/pubs\/articles\/2017\/chronic-conditions-in-america-price-and-prevalence.html\">chronic disease<\/a> rate that affects roughly three in five Americans as part of the Make America Healthy Again movement, which is often referred to as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mahanow.org\/\">MAHA<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Thank God I don&rsquo;t got kids, but the people out there with kids are not going to be cool,&rdquo; Moore told Kipper, adding that she worried about whether parents would be able to purchase snacks their kids liked to eat.<\/p>\n<p>During the federal government shutdown in October and November, some federal district judges ordered the Trump administration to tap into contingency funds to maintain SNAP benefits.
