In the targeted clip, the BBC spliced together two parts of Trump&rsquo;s speech to convey a different message than the one he was expressing in context.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;We&rsquo;re going to walk down to the Capitol and I&rsquo;ll be there with you. And we fight. We fight like<br \/>hell and if you <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/despite-insistence-by-democrat-politicians-and-medical-elites-empirical-evidence-does-not-conclusively-show-that-masks-reduce-the-spread-of-covid\/\" title=\"Despite Insistence by Democrat Politicians and Medical Elites, Empirical Evidence DOES NOT Conclusively Show that Masks Reduce the Spread of COVID\">don&#038;rsquo<\/a>;t fight like hell, you&rsquo;re not going to have a country anymore,&rdquo; the clip had Trump saying.<\/p>\n<p>As outlined in the lawsuit, the first sentence occurred nearly an hour into his speech before the rest of the quote. In the first quote, beginning at 14 minutes and 52 seconds into the speech, Trump instructed his supporters to march to the Capitol to &ldquo;cheer on&rdquo; his &ldquo;patriotic&rdquo; supporters in Congress.<\/p>\n<p>His second quote, beginning 69 minutes and 30 seconds into the speech, was the president relaying sentiment he expressed previously, during which he said one had to &ldquo;fight like hell&rdquo; or risk losing the country.
