Abrego Garcia was previously deported by the Trump administration after being found to have entered the U.S. illegally. Though, after being extradited back from El Salvador to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/prosecutor-says-sedition-charges-possible-in-capitol-riot-cases-trump-may-be-criminally-culpable\/\" title=\"Prosecutor Says Sedition Charges Possible In Capitol Riot ...s, Trump May Be \u2018Criminally Culpable\u2019\">face charges related<\/a> to a 2022 Tennessee traffic stop, he was detained again by immigration authorities despite <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3YuVZYV\" >prior court rulings blocking<\/a> his removal.<\/p>\n<p>Judge Xinis has repeatedly ruled in his favor, preventing his re-arrest by ICE and ordering his release to supervised custody. Abrego Garcia&#8217;s case has attracted attention due to its complex legal and political aspects, with democratic lawmakers initially advocating for his return to the U.S. but later becoming more cautious following evidence linking him to gang activity,human trafficking,and domestic abuse.
