Uthmeier seeks to permanently prohibit Starbucks from such practices and aims to eliminate diversity,equity,and inclusion (DEI) policies when used to impose racial quotas. The attorney general is requesting $10,000 in damages for each instance of alleged discrimination, potentially amounting to tens of millions of dollars.
