Teh livestream, which was broadcast on Twitch by internet personality Paymoney Wubby, featured men and women engaging in various activities including a game-show style tag contest, provocative dress, a mock crucifixion labeled &#8220;crucifixion of clout,&#8221; and other adult-themed segments.<\/p>\n<p>The San dieguito Union High School District (SDUHSD) stated it learned of the incident after the fact and condemned the content as highly inappropriate, claiming it violated the rental agreement and district policies.The district is considering legal action. Meanwhile, the livestream&#8217;s legal representative argued that Fansly&#8217;s involvement was disclosed upfront during contract negotiations and denied any breach.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3YuVZYV\" >controversy highlights prior scrutiny<\/a> of the CCA Foundation, which manages facility rentals and faced criticism and audits over financial practices. showing about four men playing a tag-style game while participating in game-show activities, eating segments and other small tasks.<\/p>\n<p>Reports about the video first <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/amyforsandiego\/status\/1997832459032146384\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">broke<\/a> Sunday from Restore San Diego Chairwoman Amy Reichert, who confirmed the filming location was Canyon Crest Academy&rsquo;s gym.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">A California public high school was reportedly paid $10,000 to rent out its gym to livestreamers who staged a mock crucifixion with OnlyFans models. <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/tOY5LDfHfH\">pic.twitter.com\/tOY5LDfHfH<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&mdash; \t\t\t\t}); \t\t\t} \t\t<\/script> <\/p>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>CCA, ranked as the No. 1 high school in <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2025\/09\/05\/san-diego-homeless-camps-lawsuit-rats-mold-conditions\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">San <\/a>D<a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2025\/09\/05\/san-diego-homeless-camps-lawsuit-rats-mold-conditions\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">iego<\/a>, confirmed to the Daily Caller News Foundation that the CCA Foundation approved a production company&rsquo;s use of its gym Friday for filming.<\/p>\n<p>In a statement provided to the DCNF, the San Dieguito Union High School District said it learned about the incident Sunday and understands that the production company filmed &ldquo;a game show with highly inappropriate content.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<div class=\"firefly-embed\"> <iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Canyon Crest Academy gym rented to film questionable content | NBC 7 San Diego\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/LNUtS24Ngpc?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;We understand that the production company filmed a game show with highly inappropriate content that appears to have violated the terms of the agreement between CCAF and the production company, as well as the District&rsquo;s community standards and policies,&rdquo; the SDUHSD stated.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;While school sites are intended to be a civic center available for public use, such use is not without limits, and our top priority is always the safety and support of our students,&rdquo; the SDUHSD added.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;The District will consult with legal counsel and consider pursuing legal action against the parties involved to hold them accountable for the egregious conduct on our school campus.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>During the livestreams, women could be seen coming out wearing short skirts, high heels, and fishnet stockings. The women&rsquo;s buttocks and cleavage were visible numerous times.<\/p>\n<p>Across more than 20 hours of content, the men were seen participating in a mock crucifixion labeled as &ldquo;crucifixion of clout,&rdquo; licking chocolate off some of the women&rsquo;s feet, participating in a drag-queen segment, and playing &ldquo;mini bowl,&rdquo; in which one man wore a bowling pin jockstrap.<\/p>\n<p>Despite SDUHSD&rsquo;s allegation that the content violated the terms of its agreement with CCAF, a lawyer for Wubby told the DCNF that, due to the nature of the content, the production company was upfront about disclosing that Fansly would be involved in the project.<\/p>\n<p>Attorney Jason Brower said the disclosure was reviewed during the contracting phase, arguing that, based on that understanding, there is no breach of contract.<\/p>\n<p>Brower also said CCA Principal Brett Killeen sent out a public statement about the breach of contract on Sunday, which the attorney will now review as potentially defamatory.<\/p>\n<p>While an exact compensation amount was not provided to the DCNF, Brower confirmed that the production company paid CCAF for the use of the gym.<\/p>\n<p>In September 2024, CCAF came under fire after two then-CCA students, Kevin Wang and Litong Tian, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kpbs.org\/news\/education\/2024\/10\/17\/canyon-crest-academy-foundation-pushes-back-against-students-claims\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">published<\/a> a report accusing the foundation of charging student clubs 25 percent for donations, compared to similar foundations at other schools that charged between 5 percent and 10 percent.<\/p>\n<p>The foundation was later <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kpbs.org\/news\/education\/2025\/08\/07\/students-who-blew-whistle-on-canyon-crest-academy-foundation-feel-vindicated-by-audit-report\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">audited<\/a> and found to have inaccurate financial reporting, missing records and other issues.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;California public schools are so desperate for money they kicked students out of their own <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/watch-harrowing-video-of-tornado-battering-texas-walmart\/\" title=\"WATCH: Harrowing Video Of Tornado Battering Texas Walmart\">high school gym<\/a> to rent it to adult content influencers. This is disgraceful.
