(And that after a marriage that resulted in a son and a daughter.)<\/p>\n<p>And it was as Biden&rsquo;s assistant secretary for health &mdash; a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/biden-admin-names-rachel-levine-man-first-ever-female-four-star-admiral-public-health-corps\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">four-star admiral<\/a> in the Public Health Corps, no less&nbsp; &mdash; that Levine became a familiar face.<\/p>\n<p>And to any American familiar with that face, it was pretty clear it was a man&rsquo;s face. No feminine first name could change that. And no female-cut uniform was going to make that go away.<\/p>\n<p>The fact that the former assistant health secretary spent time in national office <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/biden-admin-says-opposes-sex-change-surgeries-minors-evidence-paints-different-picture\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">warping federal policies<\/a> to suit the transgender agenda doesn&rsquo;t change that.<\/p>\n<p>When contacted by VPM, an HHS spokesman was unapologetic about the change under the portrait.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Our priority is ensuring that the information presented internally and externally by HHS reflects gold standard science. We remain committed to reversing harmful policies enacted by Levine and ensuring that biological reality guides our approach to public health.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>But for Balint, and leftists like her, a commitment to &ldquo;biological reality&rdquo; is a sign of insecurity.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Admiral Levine was the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/trans-women-find-out-if-they-can-skip-military-draft-under-biden-administration-2\/\" title=\"Trans Women Find Out If They Can Skip Military Draft Under Biden Administration\">highest-ranking trans woman<\/a> in the Biden administration,&rdquo; Balint said in the video. &ldquo;And they have gone back to remove her name and put her dead name in.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;All because they are so insecure about their own identities that they have to lash out and continue to fan the flames of these culture wars.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>The rant was not well received in certain quarters.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">Some serious projection here. A &ldquo;trans woman&rdquo; is a man who dresses like a woman. Pointing that out is not being &ldquo;insecure.&rdquo; It&rsquo;s being factual.<\/p>\n<p>And efforts to push back the tide of transgender policies that swamped the country under the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/biden-non-binary-hire-sordid-sex-life-allegedly-stole-womans-luggage-establishment-media-quiet-past\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">benighted Biden administration<\/a> are not &ldquo;fanning the flames of these culture wars.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>They&rsquo;re simply trying repair the damage Democratic culture wars inflicted.<\/p>\n<p>The &ldquo;biological reality&rdquo; is that Levine was born a man and will die a man.
