Richman&rsquo;s files while the court considers whether his Fourth Amendment rights were violated and the files therefore should be returned.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;The Court concludes that Petitioner Richman is likely to succeed on the merits of his claim<br \/>that the Government has violated his Fourth Amendment right against unreasonable searches and<br \/>seizures by retaining a complete copy of all files on his personal computer (an &lsquo;image&rsquo; of the<br \/>computer) and searching that image without a warrant,&rdquo; Kollar-Kotelly wrote in her order. &ldquo;The Court finds that the balance of the equities and the public interest weigh in Petitioner Richman&rsquo;s favor and support a <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3YuVZYV\" >limited temporary restraining order<\/a> that is narrowly tailored to preserving the status quo while this Court considers his &hellip;
