The campaign encouraged supporters to avoid shopping at these stores from Thanksgiving through Cyber Monday. Despite picketing and organized protests, the boycott failed to gain meaningful traction. Retailers offered large discounts, attracting record numbers of shoppers during the holiday weekend. According to the National Retail Federation, a record 202.9 million consumers shopped over the period, surpassing previous years. Amazon’s AI shopping assistant also boosted sales. Industry experts noted that consumer engagement and spending remain strong despite economic uncertainties, signaling resilience in the U.S.economy.

Soros-backed ‘We Ain’t Buying It’ boycott bombs on Black Friday

A George Soros-backed boycott against companies supposedly “colluding with the Trump administration” apparently failed to see success on Black Friday and throughout the holiday weekend, which drew a record-breaking number of shoppers.

The failed effort was spearheaded by the Indivisible Project, an activist group responsible for organizing a bulk of the on-the-ground “resistance” against President Donald Trump.
