According to the retailer, these were &ldquo;unlawfully collected tariffs.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>The Trump administration is also facing lawsuits from Kawasaki Motors, Revlon, and Bumble Bee Foods, among others, over the tariffs. Meanwhile, Solicitor General D. John Sauer has presented an argument before the <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/section\/news\/supreme-court\/\">Supreme Court<\/a> in defense of the tariffs.<\/p>\n<p>Trump cited emergencies involving <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/fentanyl\/\">fentanyl<\/a> and trade deficits to justify imposing tariffs under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act.
