But Klobuchar told CNN&rsquo;s Dana Bash on Sunday that a vote will happen before the subsidies expire.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;That vote will happen. And whether it will pass is in the hands of Donald Trump and the Republicans. People are seeing their health insurance premiums double or triple. We have a chance to do something,&rdquo; Klobuchar said.<\/p>\n<p>She said Dec. 15 will be the turning point day, as it marks the enrollment deadline for the ACA marketplace.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Dec. 15 is the day, and then they&rsquo;re going to be doubled or tripled for next year if this doesn&rsquo;t pass.
