I am hereby cancelling all Executive Orders, and anything else that was not directly signed by Crooked Joe Biden, because the people who operated the Autopen did so illegally,&rdquo; the president continued.<\/p>\n<p>Trump added that if Biden pushed back against allegations that orders were signed using his signature without his full consent, &ldquo;he will be brought up on charges of perjury.&rdquo;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The president&rsquo;s announcement marks the latest development in Republicans&rsquo; <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/campaigns\/congressional\/3797940\/house-oversight-nears-end-biden-autopen-investigation\/\">investigation into allegations<\/a> that Biden and his inner circle illegally used the autopen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In late October, House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY) presided over the release of a<a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/3865570\/house-gop-oversight-report-finds-biden-staffers-exercised-presidential-powers\/\"> congressional report <\/a>on the matter, saying the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/biden-autopen-report-finds-staffers-used-presidential-powers-without-authorization\/\" title=\"Biden autopen report finds ...ers used ...ial powers without authorization\">findings raise &#038;ldquo<\/a>;constitutional and criminal concerns&rdquo; about the validity of executive actions taken during Biden&rsquo;s term in office, including sweeping acts of clemency.&nbsp;In one example cited by the committee<sub>, <\/sub>32 of 51 clemency warrants were signed using digital copies of Biden&rsquo;s signature, without any contemporaneous documentation linking Biden to the decisions, leaving no evidence to show the president willingly agreed to sign those warrants.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The committee&rsquo;s findings<a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/justice\/3760700\/biden-ignored-doj-warnings-legally-flawed-autopen-pardons\/\"> echoed previously publicized records<\/a> from the Justice Department documenting the concern of some officials at the agency over the Biden team&rsquo;s use of the autopen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The House Oversight committee interviewed multiple <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/3452415\/neera-tanden-house-oversight-committee-authorized-autopen\/\">senior Biden staffers<\/a> as part of the probe, including Jeff Zients, who served as Biden&rsquo;s chief of staff during his presidency.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Comer said Zients <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/justice\/3814797\/biden-chief-of-staff-gave-most-damning-testimony-autopen-probe\/\">confirmed some concerns<\/a> about Biden&rsquo;s mental decline during the interview. The former chief of staff testified that he sought to tailor Biden&rsquo;s appearances to reduce stress and avoid long walks or stairs, told lawmakers that&nbsp;Biden&rsquo;s &ldquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/bidens-chief-of-staff-gave-most-damning-testimony-yet-in-autopen-probe\/\" title=\"Biden\u2019s chief of ... gave most damning testimony yet in autopen probe\">decision-making slowed&#038;rdquo<\/a>; during the final stretch of his presidency, and that Biden&rsquo;s speech stumbles and memory lapses occurred during his time in office.
