He has encountered financial difficulties in recent years, according to reports, including almost <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.wvva.com\/2024\/08\/22\/auction-sale-greenbrier-resort-averted\/\">losing<\/a> the Greenbrier to pay off debts.
