LaSota&#8217;s lawyer criticized the DOJ for using LaSota&#8217;s &#8220;deadname&#8221; and male pronouns in the indictment,emphasizing LaSota&#8217;s transgender identity. LaSota and two others were arrested in Maryland after squatting on private property with vehicles full of weapons. The homeowner who called the police said they asked him if they could camp there for a month.<\/p>\n<p>The activist was previously arrested at a Pennsylvania hotel in 2023 for allegedly obstructing police from investigating another Zizian in the murder of her parents, the <a href=\"https:\/\/apnews.com\/article\/vermont-border-patrol-shooting-youngblut-lasota-zizians-8d3522fae8338cabf9f890aab054c0b4#\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Associated Press<\/a> reported. LaSota&rsquo;s Pennsylvania case is &ldquo;inactive&rdquo; while his Maryland one proceeds, <a href=\"https:\/\/cdn01.dailycaller.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/CpDocketSheet.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">court records<\/a> show.<\/p>\n<p>The other Zizian, Michelle Zajko, was not charged with the murders and claimed in March that LaSota was &ldquo;in the wrong place at the wrong time,&rdquo; according to the <a href=\"https:\/\/apnews.com\/article\/zizians-border-patrol-shooting-jack-lasota-e268f640d94e11936c79832bc9d94bc0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Associated Press<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;The Government also doubles down on offensively labeling Ms. LaSota by using male pronouns such as &lsquo;he was a fugitive from justice,&rsquo;&rdquo; Proctor complained. &ldquo;It is well known, and widely reported, that Ms. LaSota is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/another-one-trans-teen-arrested-vast-school-shooting-plot-planned-year-hate-die-die-die\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">transgender<\/a>.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>The Zizians&rsquo; ideological goals, if any, are unclear.
