The rule requires most players on the kicking team to line up at the opposing team&#8217;s 40-yard line and prohibits movement until the ball is touched or bounces beyond the 20-yard line. Trump condemned the rule as &#8220;sissy football&#8221; and damaging to the game&#8217;s excitement and tradition. In response,Toub dismissed Trump&#8217;s critique,saying the president &#8220;doesn&#8217;t even know what he&#8217;s looking at&#8221; and showing visible frustration. He has no idea what&rsquo;s going on,&rdquo; the coach fumed.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;I take that for what it&rsquo;s worth.
