Escobar acquired fake documents, including a stolen Social Security number, a fraudulent green card, and a Texas ID card, paying $120 for them. The fraud came to light after the child&#8217;s mother was notified that Medicaid coverage was terminated due to income falsely reported under her son&#8217;s name.
