The event,which featured guests like actor Rob Schneider and comedian Andrew Doyle,faced aggressive opposition from Antifa-affiliated agitators who reportedly attacked attendees exercising their First Amendment rights. due to the violence, fewer than half of the expected attendees showed up.<\/p>\n<p>Dhillon condemned the violence as unacceptable intimidation and indicated possible federal violations involving conspiracy to violate civil rights and hate crimes. The investigation will also examine whether the university and local police failed in their duty to protect the event.
