And I think my values are reflected in my vote and things that I support here. And if that might put me at odds with parts of my party, I&rsquo;m okay with that,&rdquo; Fetterman said. &ldquo;I mean, we need to be a big party, a big-tent party.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>  Fetterman supported the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/elon-musk-launches-all-out-war-against-outrageous-spending-bill\/\" title=\"Elon Musk Launches All-Out War Against ...Outrageous... Spending Bill\">previous continuing resolution<\/a> in March, which was also supported by  Schumer. On Monday, however, Schumer voted against it because it failed to address what he referred to as the &ldquo;healthcare crisis.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;My party has always been opposing shutting our government down. The sudden support for the continuing resolution, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/six-time-cowboys-pro-bowler-don-perkins-dead-at-84\/\" title=\"Six-Time Cowboys\u2019 Pro Bowler Don Perkins Dead at 84\">initially drafted<\/a> under former President  Joe Biden&rsquo;s term, came after Schumer sought to extend premium tax credits under the Affordable Care Act.<\/p>\n<p><a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/opinion\/columnists\/3881659\/fetterman-shutdown-failure-senate-democrats-deal\/\"><strong>FETTERMAN ON SHUTDOWN: &lsquo;THIS WAS A FAILURE&rsquo;<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3YuVZYV\" >premium tax credits initially drafted<\/a> under the ACA were <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/opinion\/2626135\/dont-be-fooled-by-bidens-victory-lap-on-obamacare\/\">enhanced under the Biden administration amid the coronavirus pandemic<\/a>.
