Once again, he referred to Vice President Kamala Harris as \u201cPresident.\u201d This latest gaffe happened during a televised speech on Thursday when Biden referred to her as \u201cPresident Harris.\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">He\u2019s literally incapable of getting even the basics right. <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/PresidentHarris?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#PresidentHarris<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/FlempiyA22\">pic.twitter.com\/FlempiyA22<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Donald Trump Jr. (@DonaldJTrumpJr) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/DonaldJTrumpJr\/status\/1372646481035935745?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">March 18, 2021<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Sadly, this was not the first time Biden has referred to his second-in-command as the President or President-elect.
