Of those, 16% say they&#8217;ve felt a importent impact. The survey of 1,000 registered voters was conducted online from November 3-4. The shutdown has affected services such as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/search-and-rescue-teams-at-site-of-indonesian-plane-crash\/\" title=\"Search and rescue teams at site of Indonesian plane crash\">air traffic control<\/a>, with the FAA <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3YuVZYV\" >reducing air traffic<\/a> by 10% at major airports due to staffing shortages and employee fatigue. Regarding responsibility for the shutdown, 36% of voters blame Republicans, 36% blame Democrats, and 22% blame both parties equally. That is up 5 percentage points from 39% last week, and is a new high,&nbsp;<a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/napolitannews.org\/\">Napolitan<\/a>&nbsp;reports.<\/p>\n<p>The 44% include 16% who report they&rsquo;ve felt a lot of impact, and 28% who say they&rsquo;ve felt some impact.<\/p>\n<p>The poll comes as the Federal Aviation Administration&nbsp;<a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.thecentersquare.com\/national\/article_1eaa06e0-eb0e-4e1c-932b-9246a5285073.html\">announced<\/a>&nbsp;Wednesday that it was reducing air traffic by 10% at 40 of the largest U.S. airports. Tens of thousands of flights have already been&nbsp;<a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/nasstatus.faa.gov\/\">delayed or cancelled<\/a>&nbsp;as more <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/breaking-federal-investigators-reveal-likely-reason-for-helicopter-crash-that-killed-kobe-bryant\/\" title=\"BREAKING: Federal Investigators Reveal Likely Reason For Helicopter Crash That Killed Kobe Bryant\">air traffic controllers<\/a> and Transportation Security Administration officers who are unpaid miss shifts.<\/p>\n<p>Bryan Bedford, the FAA administrator, said flight controllers have reported &ldquo;issues of fatigue&rdquo; during the shutdown.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>According to the Napolitan data,&nbsp;36% of voters place most of the blame for the shutdown on Republicans,&nbsp;and an equal 36% place it mostly on Democrats, while 22% blame both parties equally.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/senate\/3878102\/gop-weekend-senate-session-democrats-shutdown-split\/\">GOP TO HOLD RARE WEEKEND SENATE SESSION AS DEMOCRATS SPLIT ON SHUTDOWN DEAL<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;The number blaming Republicans is down 3 points from last week,&rdquo; Neapolitan says. &ldquo;Meanwhile, the number blaming Democrats has gone up 4 points since then.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>RMG Research, Inc. conducted the field work for the survey.
