Mike Howell, lead investigator, states that examination alone is insufficient and emphasizes the need for legal action. A Rasmussen poll shows that 52% of likely voters support criminal prosecutions for Biden aides connected to the unauthorized use of the autopen to sign documents. The House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform released a report detailing evidence of President Biden’s diminished cognitive and physical capabilities and an attempted cover-up by his inner circle, declaring executive actions signed via autopen without explicit presidential approval as void. Representative James Comer, chair of the committee, urged the Justice Department to investigate and prosecute key aides. Attorney General Pam Bondi confirmed that a DOJ review is underway and pledged accountability. Despite ongoing investigations, no prosecutions have been initiated yet. The article notes widespread public skepticism about the legitimacy of documents signed by autopen without Biden’s knowledge, contrasting with the Biden administration’s denial of wrongdoing. Howell argues that while autopen use is not unprecedented, it was never intended to replace the president’s involvement, which allegedly occured during Biden’s tenure.

Mike Howell, a leading investigator in the Biden autopen scandal, told The Federalist last week that “investigating is no longer good enough.
