The report alleged that Mace became irate and used profanity toward <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/texas-gov-greg-abbott-blasts-bidens-border-visit\/\" title=\"Texas Gov. Greg Abbott Blasts Biden\u2019s Border Visit\">police officers escorting<\/a> her through the airport after arriving late and waiting at the TSA Known Crewmember entrance. Mace denies these claims and argues the reports are fabricated, constituting defamation per se, violations of her civil rights, and interference wiht her campaign for governor. She has retained attorney Larry Klayman to pursue damages, a public correction, and retractions. Simultaneously occurring, Senator Tim Scott condemned Mace&#8217;s alleged conduct, calling her language inappropriate for a congresswoman. According to the<a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/s3.documentcloud.org\/documents\/26209775\/mace-report.pdf\"> report filed<\/a> by the Charleston County Aviation Authority Police Department, &ldquo;Mace became very irate after a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/tim-scott-pushes-back-against-nancy-maces-airport-outburst\/\" title=\"... pushes back against ...&#039;s ... outburst\">misunderstanding involving officers assigned<\/a> to escort her to her gate.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>The report states Mace told officers, &ldquo;We would never treat Tim Scott like this,&rdquo; after she was found waiting at TSA&rsquo;s Known Crewmember entrance. Officers alleged in their report that Mace arrived late for the appointed 6:30 a.m. ET. At 7:00 a.m., the officers were made aware that Mace had arrived, and they met her a minute later. Mace then &ldquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3YuVZYV\" >immediately began loudly cursing<\/a> and making derogatory comments to us,&rdquo; according to the report.<\/p>\n<p>Mace retained the counsel of Larry Klayman, founder of Judicial Watch and Freedom Watch. Klayman previously represented <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/1994150\/jenga-like-judge-tosses-jerome-corsi-lawsuit-against-roger-stone-and-michael-caputo\/\">conspiracy theorist Jerome Corsi<\/a> in another defamation case that was ultimately dismissed.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;We believe Congresswoman Nancy Mace has been subjected to a calculated and coordinated effort to malign her character through deliberately falsified documentation,&rdquo; Klayman said.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;No American, let alone a sitting member of Congress, should be subjected to institutional misconduct and defamation of this nature. We intend to hold all those fully accountable for their actions,&rdquo; he added.<\/p>\n<p><a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/3763038\/judge-tosses-nancy-mace-lawsuit-defamation\/\"><strong>JUDGE THROWS OUT DEFAMATION SUIT AGAINST NANCY MACE AFTER HOUSE FLOOR ACCUSATIONS<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Sen.
