The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) first identified the issue in June 2025 and reported ongoing cases and fatalities through September, including a pregnancy-associated fetal loss. The outbreak has been traced back to Nate&#8217;s Fine Foods, Inc., a supplier that produces large batches of pre-cooked pasta sold to retailers, who repackage them under various brand names. A wide range of recalled products includes pasta salads, frozen pasta meals, and prepared entr\u00e9es sold at major retailers such as Sprouts Farmers Market, Kroger, Trader Joe&#8217;s, Albertsons, and others.<\/p>\n<p>Symptoms of listeriosis range from mild (fever, muscle aches, nausea) to severe neurological effects and can be especially dangerous for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/biden-administration-quietly-removes-law-that-prioritized-immigrants-who-were-less-likely-to-need-welfare\/\" title=\"Biden Administration Quietly Removes Law That Prioritized Immigrants Who Were Less Likely To Need Welfare\">pregnant women<\/a>, older adults, and immunocompromised individuals. Of the 26 people with information available, 25 have been hospitalized and 6 deaths have been reported.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>It&rsquo;s unclear if the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/fda-upgrades-recall-issued-zero-sugar-soda-anything\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">FDA<\/a> counted this as a death, but did tragically add that at least one &ldquo;pregnancy-associated illness resulted in a fetal loss.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>  <script> console.log(\"A\/B Test Video Player\"); The company appears to make large batches of pre-cooked pasta, which individual retailers can then repackage under their brand.<\/p>\n<p>Because of that, a large and varied <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/meals-sold-walmart-kroger-recalled-deadly-outbreak-investigated\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">list<\/a> of pre-cooked products across multiple big name <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/nike-ceo-on-doing-business-in-china-very-aligned-with-our-values\/\" title=\"Nike CEO On Doing Business In China: \u2018Very Aligned With Our Values\u2019\">brand stores<\/a> are affected. Half of that group specifically recalled eating a chicken alfredo dish.<\/p>\n<p>Listeria symptoms can be nasty &mdash; and deceptive.<\/p>\n<p>Mild symptoms can involve a fever, muscle aches, nausea, tiredness, vomiting, and diarrhea.
