The 19-page document, seen by the Daily Telegraph, alleges that the BBC deliberately edited the speech to mislead viewers by omitting Trump&#8217;s calls for peace on that day and by splicing together statements from different parts of the speech to create a false impression. This controversy emerged shortly before the 2024 U.S. presidential election.<\/p>\n<p>The whistleblower also claims that BBC executives and the network&#8217;s chairman ignored complaints from their own standards team about this biased coverage.
