Bolton is facing 18 charges related to his <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3YuVZYV\" >alleged improper handling<\/a> of <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/investigations\/3821701\/classified-documents-found-during-search-john-bolton-office-fbi\/\">classified documents<\/a>. Meanwhile, James has <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/justice\/3862934\/letitia-james-pleads-not-guilty-charges-mortgage-fraud\/\">federal charges<\/a> against her of bank fraud and making false statements to a financial institution. James is alleged to have falsely claimed a Norfolk, Virginia, home as her personal second residence when it was instead rented to a family of three.<\/p>\n<p>Comey, Bolton, and James have all pleaded not guilty. Comey is trying to dismiss his case entirely.
