This has been going on since 2009,&rdquo; he continued. &ldquo;In between 50,000 and 100,000 Christians have been murdered.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>That&rsquo;s a rate of 35 per day.<\/p>\n<p>Moore added that Christians are being murdered at a five-to-one ratio relative to other groups in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/watch-bill-maher-takes-stand-christians-nigeria-calls-actual-genocide-kids-protesting\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Nigeria<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;This is a genocide that&rsquo;s happening, and we have to stand up, and we have to speak out to stop this,&rdquo; he added.<\/p>\n<p>Moore has <a href=\"https:\/\/rileymoore.house.gov\/media\/press-releases\/congressman-moore-urges-secretary-state-designate-nigeria-country-particular\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">called<\/a> for Nigeria to be designated a &ldquo;Country of Particular Concern&rdquo; because of the runaway persecution.
