Johnson has continuously praised Comer&rsquo;s investigations this Congress, specifically citing the autopen investigation. <\/p>\n<p>Johnson, a former Constitutional attorney, said he &ldquo;would love to take the case&rdquo; to &ldquo;set the precedent&rdquo; that you can not let the president &ldquo;check out.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>  &ldquo;He didn&rsquo;t know what he was signing, so there&rsquo;s all sorts of just incredible implications,&rdquo; Johnson said. &ldquo;It sounds like a terrible novel or something, but this is reality.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>Later Tuesday, House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY) slammed the report, saying Comer acts like a &ldquo;malignant clown.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;The so called chairman of the House Oversight Committee James Comer continues to behave like a malignant clown,&rdquo; Jeffries said. &ldquo;You can&rsquo;t point to a single thing that he&rsquo;s done to make life better for the American people.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>House Oversight Democrats released their own report in an effort to dismiss the GOP report as a partisan game, claiming there is no evidence to show that Biden&rsquo;s staff acted without authority.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/investigations\/3865482\/house-oversight-investigation-biden-doctor-kevin-oconnor-lose-license\/\">HOUSE OVERSIGHT DEMANDS INVESTIGATION INTO WHETHER BIDEN DOCTOR KEVIN O&rsquo;CONNOR SHOULD LOSE HIS LICENSE<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;I made the decisions during my presidency &mdash; the pardons, the orders, the proclamations.
