including the United States.<\/p>\n<p>In America, for example, the fund <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.givesendgo.com\/supportDFWprotestors\">distributed $5,050<\/a> to the legal defense of a Texas antifa cell whose <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/investigations\/3466426\/meet-the-antifa-cell-terrorism-attempted-murder-ambush-at-texas-ice-facility\/\">suspected members<\/a> are charged with attempted murder, <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/justice\/3853827\/texas-antifa-members-indicted-on-terrorism-charges-for-ice-attack-first-time-ever\/\">terrorism<\/a>, and organized crime for allegedly ambushing law enforcement at an <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/ice\/\">Immigration and Customs Enforcement<\/a> detention facility on July 4. The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/zizian-cult-case-the-wildest-least-reported-story-of-the-year\/\" title=\"\u2018Zizian\u2019 cult case: The wildest, least reported story of the year\">coordinated attack left<\/a> a local officer shot in the neck.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;The stakes could not be higher for our friends,&rdquo; says <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/intlantifadefence.wordpress.com\/2025\/07\/26\/showdown-in-alvarado\/\">a blog post<\/a> by Antifa International, titled &ldquo;Showdown in Alvarado,&rdquo; about the slew of charges carrying a maximum sentence of life imprisonment.<\/p>\n<p>Antifa International sent the disbursement, which was allocated from its defense fund, on GiveSendGo. &ldquo;With love and solidarity from your friends,&rdquo; Antifa International captioned the contribution, the fundraising campaign&rsquo;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/gofundme-campaign-brings-in-more-than-2-5-million-for-uvalde-teachers-orphaned-family\/\" title=\"GoFundMe Campaign Brings In More Than .5 Million For Uvalde Teacher\u2019s Orphaned Family\">top donation<\/a> to date.<\/p>\n<p><a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/investigations\/3499558\/antifa-inc-left-wing-movement-ideology-criminal-network\/\"><strong>ANTIFA INC: HOW AN IDEOLOGY BECAME AN ORGANIZED CRIMINAL NETWORK<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Since its inception in 2015, Antifa International&rsquo;s legal aid fund has had considerable success helping antifa defendants get off scot-free.<\/p>\n<p>Antifa International <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/intlantifadefence.wordpress.com\/2025\/06\/02\/the-international-anti-fascist-defence-fund-2024-2025-annual-report\/\">touts<\/a> its intervention in these criminal cases as &ldquo;money well-spent,&rdquo; celebrating when beneficiaries of the bail fund are able to &ldquo;walk away from criminal trials with not guilty verdicts&rdquo; or &ldquo;have their charges thrown out altogether!&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>Via announcements about fund-backed court victories, Antifa International keeps &ldquo;score&rdquo; of successful outcomes, sending out case updates, such as <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/intlantifadefence.wordpress.com\/2024\/11\/28\/update-more-anti-fascists-have-all-charges-dropped\/\">&ldquo;Anti-Fascists 2, Authorities 0&rdquo;<\/a> and <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/intlantifadefence.wordpress.com\/2024\/11\/14\/stop-the-bus\/\">&ldquo;Five Anti-Fascists Go Free &ndash; 39 More To Go!&rdquo;<\/a><\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignleft size-large is-resized\"><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">To celebrate its defense fund&rsquo;s 10th year in operation, Antifa International posted a picture of a cake with icing saying &ldquo;Support Antifa Prisoners.&rdquo;<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<p>In one of the cases in which Antifa International intervened, dozens of activists in London last year physically prevented a busload of immigrants from being transported to a barge off southern England by slashing the vehicle&rsquo;s tires and <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/sdetsup\/status\/1785948342360449478\">forming a blockade<\/a> around the passenger bus for seven hours. Arrests were made for offenses including obstruction of the highway, hindering law enforcement duties, and assault on police.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;The Defence Fund stepped in to help pay for [the] legal defence of our comrades, and so far the results have been excellent!&rdquo; Antifa International <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/intlantifadefence.wordpress.com\/2024\/11\/14\/stop-the-bus\/\">reported back<\/a>, announcing that the first five defendants, out of 44 total to be tried, had all charges dropped against them minutes after their trial began. &ldquo;This comes as no surprise to us,&rdquo; Antifa International gloated. &ldquo;Time &amp; time &amp; time again&hellip;[T]hey win in the courts and in the streets!&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>Two weeks later, Antifa International <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/intlantifadefence.wordpress.com\/2024\/11\/14\/stop-the-bus\/\">announced<\/a> in a &ldquo;happy update&rdquo; that all charges were dismissed in the trial of four more activists who were part of the so-called Stop the Bus standoff, thanks to the &pound;2,250, or $3,000, the fund <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/opencollective.com\/southwark%E2%80%94copwatch\/projects\/support-people-resisting-prison-barge-transfers-raids-detention-london\">budgeted<\/a> to their criminal defense. In March, Antifa International netted another win with an additional five defendants freed on all charges, <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/intlantifadefence.wordpress.com\/2025\/03\/17\/three-for-three\/\">&ldquo;Three for Three!&rdquo;<\/a><\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignleft size-large is-resized\"><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Four defendants Antifa International&rsquo;s defense fund had helped escape criminal punishment | intlantifadefence.wordpress.com<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<p>Antifa International also financially supports associates facing costly litigation in civil cases.<\/p>\n<p>After investigative journalist Andy Ngo sued several members of Rose City Antifa for assaulting him on the streets of Portland in 2019, one of Ngo&rsquo;s alleged attackers sought funding from Antifa International to fend off the lawsuit.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;She reached out to the International Anti-Fascist Defence Fund for support,&rdquo; Antifa International said, &ldquo;and how could we say no to contributing to a 0 in court for Andy&rsquo;s score card?&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>Antifa International sent Elizabeth <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/MrAndyNgo\/status\/1939775471622787479\">&ldquo;Bee&rdquo;<\/a> Richter <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.gofundme.com\/f\/161pdx-legal-support\">$666<\/a> on GoFundMe, saying &ldquo;We got your back, Bee!&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>A jury ultimately found Richter not liable for assault, battery, and intentional infliction of emotional distress following a chaotic trial, which was disrupted due to threats of violence, <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/libertycenter.org\/andy-ngo-trial-update\/\">allegedly<\/a> riddled with intimidation by individuals believed to be affiliated with antifa. The judge sealed the jurors&rsquo; identities over serious concerns about external efforts to identify them, and the defense&rsquo;s attorney <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/thepostmillennial.com\/breaking-jury-finds-all-antifa-defendants-not-liable-in-andy-ngo-attack-defense-attorney-declares-i-am-antifa\">reportedly<\/a> warned that she would &ldquo;remember each one of their faces,&rdquo; declaring before the jury, &ldquo;I am antifa.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;[A]t the end of the court proceedings, the board indeed read ANTIFA 1, ANDY 0,&rdquo; <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/intlantifadefence.wordpress.com\/2023\/09\/22\/andy-ngo-owned-again\/\">cheered<\/a> Antifa International.<\/p>\n<p>In 2023, Antifa International meddled in criminal and civil cases involving the Texas-based <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/efjbgc.noblogs.org\/\">Elm Fork branch<\/a> of the <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.counterextremism.com\/supremacy\/john-brown-gun-club\">John Brown Gun Club<\/a>, which has ties to the federally charged Texas antifa cell. Self-styled as <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/efjbgc.noblogs.org\/post\/2022\/11\/21\/on-community-defense-pt-2\/\">&ldquo;community defense,&rdquo;<\/a> the now-defunct Elm Fork offshoot acted as armed security at transgender activism events around Northern Texas, such as &ldquo;Transgender Storytime&rdquo; and drag performances.<\/p>\n<p>Three members of the Elm Fork chapter were arrested on assault charges during <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/fortworthpd\/status\/1650634205272080389\">a viole<\/a><a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/fortworthpd\/status\/1650634205272080389\">nt alte<\/a>rcation with Christian counterprotesters demonstrating outside a drag show. Antifa International was &ldquo;one of the first groups to rush money to the arrestees,&rdquo; with <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.spotfund.com\/story\/1263b271-b07d-4894-bb16-8675a3482dea\">$4,150 sent<\/a> on Spotfund, <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/intlantifadefence.wordpress.com\/2024\/08\/17\/important-case-updates\/\">sharing<\/a> the &ldquo;good news&rdquo; of one not-guilty verdict reached in their trial.<\/p>\n<p>Then, when the Christian plaintiffs lodged <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.scribd.com\/document\/651815346\/Lawsuit-against-Elm-Fork-John-Brown-Gun-Club\">a civil rights lawsuit<\/a> against the Elm Fork chapter, Antifa International <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/intlantifadefence.wordpress.com\/2023\/05\/14\/messing-with-texas\/\">footed<\/a> <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/intlantifadefence.wordpress.com\/2024\/04\/12\/still-messing-with-texas\/\">the bill<\/a> as well to quash that &ldquo;bulls***&rdquo; effort.<\/p>\n<p>Over the past decade, Antifa International&rsquo;s defense fund has doled out over $250,000 to more than 800 antifascists from 26 different countries, according to <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20250923175444\/https:\/\/www.patreon.com\/posts\/its-our-10th-130470106\">a 10th anniversary post<\/a>.
