The list identifies journalists like Cam Higby, Chad Caton, and an X user named @oceanplot as &#8220;far-right&#8221; content creators, warning protesters not to engage with them or provide them with material to fit their narratives. Journalists who discovered the list experienced threats and assaults during the protests.Despite the severity of these incidents, the story did not gain widespread media attention due to other major news in portland and frequent arrests of Antifa members. So much so that leftist groups have started distributing fliers so that they can identify independent journalists who&rsquo;ve been chronicling what they&rsquo;ve been up to.<\/p>\n<p>The identification chart &mdash; But, hey &mdash; at least they&rsquo;re passing down the values to the kids!<\/p>\n<p>Unfortunately, this didn&rsquo;t really make the news much as 1) it was hardly the biggest crime news this week in Portland, what with Trail Blazers coach <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/insane-espns-stephen-smith-says-nba-mafia-gambling-investigation-began-biden-trump-seeking-revenge\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Chauncey Billups<\/a> getting taken down in a gambling investigation and 2) it feels like, since 2020, you&rsquo;d do better finding a week without an Antifa thug getting themselves arrested in PDX.<\/p>\n<p>However, there were at least two people arrested for protests at Portland&rsquo;s ICE facility on Thursday, the <a href=\"https:\/\/portlandtribune.com\/2025\/10\/24\/police-arrest-2-after-fights-break-out-outside-portland-ice-facility\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Portland Tribune<\/a> reported Friday, which brings the total number of arrests there to 55. And as for not giving independent journalists &ldquo;content that fits their narrative&rdquo;?
